Commissary (Food Truck & Mobile Food Vendors) — $99 / month

Best for:

Food trucks, mobile vendors, trailers, pop-ups, and operators who primarily need commissary compliance and occasional kitchen use.

24/7 facility access • potable water refill • grey water disposal • grease and oil disposal • trash and dumpster access • health department commissary verification letter

Notes:

Kitchen prep hours not included.

Kitchen prep time may be scheduled separately at $25 per hour, based on availability.

Membership Requirements

All members must meet the following requirements before beginning operations at Mesa Kitchen:

• Approved membership application
• Signed membership agreement
• Proper local health department licensing 
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification
• Proof of general liability insurance (Mesa Kitchen listed as additionally insured)
• Completion of facility orientation and safety procedures
• Ongoing compliance with health department regulations is required at all times.
